Purpose

These Terms of Service govern the relationship between the operator of ImageFit (the “Service”) and its users. By installing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Service

The Service lets you resize and adjust the aspect ratio of images, save converted images to your device, and share them with other apps. Additional features may include presets, dark mode, and language settings.

Available features and supported environments may vary by app version, device, operating system, and region.

Eligibility and conditions of use

You must use the Service for personal and lawful purposes and comply with applicable laws and these Terms. Minors must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian where required, including before purchasing a paid subscription.

You are responsible for the device, operating system, internet connection, and carrier charges needed to use the Service.

Your responsibilities

You must have all copyrights, publicity rights, privacy rights, and other legal permissions necessary for images you process with the Service. You are responsible for the images you process or share and for how you use the resulting files.

We recommend backing up important originals before using the Service. You should confirm that each result is suitable for your intended purpose before saving or sharing it.

Prohibited conduct

You may not:

• process, save, or share images that violate laws or third-party rights;
• disrupt the Service or attempt to bypass its security;
• copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute, or sell the app without permission;
• place an excessive load on the Service through automated means; or
• use the Service for any illegal or fraudulent purpose.

Advertising and paid subscription

Ads may appear while you use the free version. On supported devices, a monthly auto-renewing subscription may be available to hide ads. The actual price and billing terms are those displayed by the App Store at the time of purchase.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Your subscription may renew automatically unless you cancel it in your Apple Account settings. Cancellations, refunds, withdrawal rights, and billing disputes are governed by applicable law and Apple’s policies. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

You may restore an active subscription for the same Apple Account through the app’s Restore Purchases feature. The ad-removal benefit ends when the subscription ends.

Intellectual property

The Service’s software, design, logo, copy, and related materials are owned by the Service operator or their respective rights holders. These Terms grant you only a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use the Service.

Rights in your original images and converted results remain with you or the applicable rights holder.

Changes and suspension

We may change or temporarily suspend all or part of the Service for quality improvements, security, maintenance, legal compliance, or operational needs. Where practical, material changes will be announced in the app or on a related page in advance.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided as available. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device or image format, or suitable for every purpose. We are not responsible for disruptions caused by events reasonably outside our control.

Unless caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for loss arising from your image management, infringement of rights, misuse, or failure to keep backups. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Restriction and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting the app. If you have an auto-renewing subscription, you must cancel it separately in your Apple Account settings.

If you materially violate these Terms or applicable law, or interfere with the safe operation of the Service, we may restrict your access to the extent permitted by law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service or the law. Material changes and their effective date will be announced in the app or on this page. Updated Terms apply from the stated date.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes should first be addressed through good-faith discussion and, if unresolved, by a court with jurisdiction under applicable Korean law. Mandatory consumer protections that are more favorable to you remain unaffected.
